The Schedio was brought on to translate this precision-driven, consulting-rooted ethos into a clean UI/UX system and social presence that reflected SEA’s credibility and modern edge.

SEA needed to break away from the outdated visuals common in the executive search space. The digital experience had to feel refined, credible, and strategic, while social media content had to engage top-tier decision-makers with clarity, consistency, and business relevance.

We designed a structured, modern interface using a restrained palette, strong typography, and clean grid systems — reflecting SEA’s methodical, no-fluff approach. The UI focused on quick access to core offerings, case studies, and insights. On social, we created visually bold yet content-rich posts highlighting SEA’s differentiators, such as shared-risk pricing, NextUp talent development, and real ROI data — all tailored to attract CFOs, COOs, and investors.
